01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ai999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 04 Deposits and Payments

ai999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT and there are no currency conversion fees applied by ai999. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your mobile banking provider may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits at ai999 are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within fifteen minutes, contact ai999 support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals at ai999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within ten minutes of approval for verified accounts.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the player's own name.
